There is a 2% discount on property taxes if paid early.
There is a $100.00 discount on association dues of paid in full by April 30 each year.
Please note your dues will be $50.00 per year higher if your campsite is serviced by 50 amp electric service. About
400 sites now have 50 amp service.
Association dues include the following: water, sewer, electricity, garbage, road maintenance, 24 hour patrolling security
365 days a year, snowplowing and use of recreation facilities.

Lake Adventure now has FREE WIFI internet access at the clubhouse, library and laundromat. Spend the summer at the lake and work.
